One of the easiest ways to bring your character's culture into your roleplaying is how you greet others. Walk around and click on the Draenei npcs to get a feel for how the greetings sound.
You may also want to take a look at the Draenei language entry on wowwiki.com. Unfortunately, that entry doesn't include some of the greetings you will hear from the npcs. I've tried to transliterate some of them below, using vaguely ancient Greek spelling rules, since that's what I know and what matches the known Draenei spellings.
Arkanon Poros - /ARK-uh-non POH-ros/ this is the most common greeting you'll hear among Draenei. Literally, this means "Journey be enough." It is a general wish for things to go well and for the recipient to be safe.
Use: Usually combined with the vocative form of a person's name: Arkanon Poros anAurhia! Arkanon Poros aStonemug!
Khronakai Khristor - /HKRON-uh-kye hkree-STOR/ The Kh is like the Greek X or the Scottish CH. Roughly, this means "eternal glory".
Use: Again combined with the vocative form of a name: Khronakai Khristor anAurhia!
The NPCs also use a number of phrases in Common, among them:
* Good fortune!
* May the Light embrace you! (also used for farewell)
* Warm wishes to you
* Greetings, friend
Note: These definitions and spellings are entirely my own creation and extrapolation except where they match the wowwiki article. You're welcome to use them, but they are not canon.

There's a phrase the Broken use. It sounds like "Khrona Ex Korta". Happen to have any ideas on that one?
Well, Khrona, again going off Greek roots, probably has to do with time. Ek generally is "from" or "after". Korta I'm not sure about. However, Kure seems to mean "redeem" (and I would pronounce that /KOOR-eh/, with the same rounder vowel). Since only the Broken say it, it's perhaps not implausible that they are related. This would give us something approaching "Time after Redemption", with a spelling similar to Khrona ek kuretaa". Like "May the Light embrace you!", it might be something like "May time redeem you" or "Long life from redemption"

This is a guess based on breaking it down to three words. I was initially caught up on the similarity of the first part to Dionysus and trying to think what that might signify but if you break that down further, the roots aren't too far off from "God (or Zeus, depending on which century) go with you gently." That's _very_ loose. For transcription of that to the way I have it here, I'd say that was close to: Deioh nis aka. I've also typed it Dionis'aka as a short form.
Another (stronger) possibility is that it's "di'ohnisaka", which would be a form of of oninehmi (greek), which is to benefit or to help. So it could simply be "How may I help you?" I believe that's the meaning I'll be going with for my own use.
